In 1997, he entered the Moscow Art Theater School on the course of Avangard Leontiev, from which he graduated in 2001.
After the institute he was accepted into the troupe of the theater on Malaya Bronnaya.

He played his first role in cinema when he was in his second year, at the age of 19, in the film "In August 44" directed by M. Ptashuk. At the end of the 4th year, the actor received an offer to play in the TV series "Two Fates". The role of Mikhail Yusupov was his first major role in the acting profession.
