Sasan Lothar (15 November 1960 - 21 July 2012) was a German television and theater actress.
Sasan Lothar was born on November 15, 1960 in Hamburg, Germany. She was the daughter of actors Hans Lothar and Ingrid Andrey, who divorced in 1965, a year before their father's death.
She studied drama at the School of Theater and Music in Hamburg.
Lothar has been a member of the company from the German Drama Theater in Hamburg for many years.
The death of Sasan Lothar was announced in a written statement from attorney Christian Schertz, representing his family, on 25 July 2012. The reason was not disclosed. Lothar died just the day before the fifth anniversary of her husband's death.
