Irina Ivanovna Radchenko was born on August 30, 1921 in Novozybkov, which is located in the Bryansk region in Russia. It so happened that it turned out to enter the acting department of the All-Russian State University of Cinematography at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Even at the university itself, Irina Radchenko very often attracted the attention of teachers because of her personality and talent. The actress was even praised by such popular domestic actors as Vsevolod Pudovkin, Sergei Gerasimov, Mikhail Schweitzer and Vladimir Vengerov.
