After the end of World War II, the family moved to Belarus, to the city of Bobruisk.
In 1961 he became the champion of Belarus in boxing among juniors
Having put my mother before a choice - either boxing or theater, I went to enter the theater institute in Leningrad.
In 1966 he graduated from LGITMiK (course of Z.Ya. Korogodsky).
Has played in more than 50 film roles.
He passed away on November 6, 2000 in St. Petersburg.
