Blumentopf (Flowerpot) is a hip-hop band from Munich. Their first album “Kein Zufall” (“Not by chance”) was released in 1997. In 2001 and 2002. Juice magazine readers voted their live performances the best. Listeners appreciate this group for the deep content of the lyrics. However, their popularity and commercial success never matched those of other German hip-hop bands such as Absolute Beginner and Fettes Brot.
