Italian theater and film actress Lydia Biondi was born on May 16, 1942 in Livorno, Italy. Since childhood, Lydia dreamed of a career as a ballerina, so at the age of 10 she began studying the art of classical ballet at Centro artistico Il Grattacielo, and later graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. It was at the academy, in addition to the basics of choreography, that Biondi also studied scenography and theatrical costume. After that, the girl, who was fascinated by the theater, firmly decides to become an actress, for this purpose she graduated from the Experimental Center of Cinematography in Rome.
In the early 60s, Lydia made her first debut as an actress, starring in avant-garde and experimental performances.
