The first film with Avet Avetisyan "Namus" became, in general, the first Armenian feature film, and after such a debut, the actor was often invited to shoot domestic films. He devoted his whole life to art, playing leading roles in productions of the then already famous theaters of Armenia.

Death caught him in Yerevan in March 1971. He died at the age of seventy-three and is buried in the Central (Tokhmakh) cemetery of Yerevan.

The actor's height is 177 cm, no tattoos. Zodiac sign - Scorpio (11/12/1897)
