Boris Smirnov - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Born October 26, 1908 in St. Petersburg. Studied at the Leningrad Institute of Performing Arts (1925-1929). He played on the stage of the studio theater under the direction of S.E. Radlov (1928-1942), the Leningrad Comedy Theater (1943-1950), the Moscow A.S. Pushkin (1950-1955), at the Moscow Art Theater (since 1955). He played the role of V.I. Lenin in the performances "Kremlin chimes", "The third pathetic" N.F. Pogodin, in the films "Communist", "Personally Known". Gruvemuvestart People's Artist of the USSR (1963).
He passed away on December 19, 1982 in Moscow. He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow.
