Born March 12, 1938 in Vitebsk.
Studied at the Choreographic School named after Vaganova. In 1957-1964 at the Leningrad Maly Opera and Ballet Theater; in 1964-1972 at the Leningrad Opera and Ballet Theater. Kirov. In 1974 he emigrated to Israel. For a quarter of a century he danced under a contract, after the end of his solo career he worked as a choreographer in the best theaters in America and Europe.
In 1998, returning to Israel, he organized his own theater "Theater-ballet Panov Ashdod".
