Estonian director, screenwriter, actor and producer.
Graduated from the Faculty of History and Philology of the University of Tartu (1969), - VKSR (1977).
Worked as director of traveling exhibitions, editor of the Estonian Radio and TV Committee (since 1972). Director of the Tallinnfilm film studio. Author of scripts for a number of documentaries. He starred in the films "Christmas in Vigala", "Two Long Beeps in the Fog", etc.
