Full name - Agustin Almodovar Caballero.
Received a degree in chemistry from the Complutence University of Madrid.
In 1986, together with his brother Pedro Almodovar, he organized the production company "El Deseo". He is a member of the National Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Spain.
