Born November 21, 1966 in the Komi Republic.
In 1991 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture, theatrical department, specializing as a director and an actor of a theater group.
From 1989 to 1991 he worked at the film studio. Gorky on the three-part feature film "The Mediator" dir. V. Potapov.
In 1991, he worked with Krzysztof Zanussi, as a second director, on a documentary about the changes in Russia and the rise to power of Boris Yeltsin.
From 1991 to 1993 he studied and worked in Warsaw at the film studio "TOR" K. Zanussi. Took part in the Polish-Danish-English film "The Touch of the Hand" dir. K. Zanussi.
In 1993-1994 he studied at EUROPEAN FILM COLLEGE, Denmark.
In 1995 he was an assistant director for television in the Lotto Million show lottery, and since 1997 he has been a stage director.
From 1997 to 1998 he worked on the "Cloud 9" movie program for the TVC channel. In 1998, as a director, he shot a five-part documentary project about professions ("I am a taxi driver", "I am a doctor", etc.) for the RTR channel.
