Valery Kostrin - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Was born on January 17, 1938 in Gorky. In 1957-1959. studied at the Gorky Pedagogical School. In 1966 he graduated from the art faculty of VGIK (workshop of M. Bogdanov). He worked as a painter-painter at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant, chief artist at VBPSK, artist at Sovexportfilm and Advertisingfilm, as an illustrator at Roman-Gazeta. Since 1967 - production designer at the Mosfilm cinema. He also collaborated with the Lenfilm film studio, 12A studio.
Participant of international exhibitions of film posters, all-Union exhibitions of theater and cinema artists.
Personal exhibition:
"Three seconds on the screen and thirty years in ..." (1997, Museum of Cinema; as part of the project "My Life is Cinema").
Currently working as an interior designer.
