Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1957).
After graduating from LHU (teachers A. A. Pisarev, V. I. Ponomarev) in 1944-1970. at the Kirov Theater. In LHU led a support class. He taught movement, plastic arts at the directing department of the Leningrad Conservatory. 1970-1976 Head ballet troupe of the Theater. Kirov. A classical lyrical dancer with a dramatic talent.
