Mafik was born on June 23, 1971 in the city of Zarechny, Yekaterinburg region.
Although the child showed talent early, he did not go to music school, and spent all his free time in the yard. But since his father was a musician, from time to time, Mafik took up the guitar and sang songs of famous chansonniers, after which there was a need to compose himself.
Mafik did not finish secondary school either, and after the 8th grade he left for a technical school. There he only became even more attached to guitar music. Trying to make money, Mafik tried to compose in various directions. These were pop songs, children's songs, and even bardic romance, as well as chanson.
He has recorded four albums that have remained unreleased.
