From 1964 - an actor of the Moscow Theater of Satire, in 1965-1966 - the Moscow Drama Theater named after A.S. Pushkin, from 1969 - director of the Central Television, then - the film studio of the USSR Ministry of Defense, the Belarusfilm film studio, the State Concert. Since 1993 - General Director of the Spectrum Film Company. He made his film debut as an actor in 1958, played more than fifty roles.
