Born on March 8, 1906 in Kramatorsk (now Donetsk region of Ukraine) in the family of an employee. Soviet cameraman. In 1935 he graduated from the camera department of the Kiev Film Institute. He worked as an assistant cameraman and operator of the Kiev Film Factory (1935-1940), Kievtekhfilme (1940-1941). Member of the Great Patriotic War. Since 1945 - the operator of Kievnauchfilm. Taught at the I.K.Karpenko-Kary KSITI.
