Director, screenwriter, actor.
Graduated from the acting department of the Studio School at the Moscow Art Theater (1960), the directing department of VGIK (1969, workshop of Igor Talankin) .
He played at the Sovremennik Theater and the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya.
He starred in the films: "I am twenty years old" (1964) - the award of the magazine "Chinema Nuovo" for the male role of the IFF in Venice-65), "Turyndyka" (1973).
In 1970-1978 he filmed scenes for the film "Fitil". Second director of the film "I am His Bride" (1969) .
He was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
