Russian actor Sergei Novikov was born in June 1973 in the city of Murom, located in the Vladimir region. He studied acting as a student at the Nizhny Novgorod Theater School. Sergey received a diploma from this institution in 1995, after which he continued his studies at the Moscow Art Theater. Here Novikov was enrolled in the courses of Oleg Efremov, People's Artist of the USSR.
In 1990, the first film with Sergei Novikov was released - the drama of Mikhail Nikitin New Scheherazade. A year later, another picture with the participation of the actor was released.
