Studied at the Kiev State Institute of Theatrical Art. I. Karpenko-Kary (1969-1973). Graduated from VGIK (1979) .
In 1979-1985 - director of the Kievnauchfilm film studio .
In 1991 he repatriated to Israel. Films in Israel, Russia and Ukraine works on TV in Israel.
