Anatoly Obukhov was born in 1935 into a family of ordinary workers. Very early he was left without a father - he died almost in the first days of the war, and therefore little Tolya and Nina remained in the care of their mother. From early childhood, the boy was drawn to art - he drew well, loved to sing, was engaged in amateur performances. Later, he became addicted to playing some musical instruments, and began to write essays and short stories.
After studying for several years at the Plekhanov School as a commodity specialist, Tolik joked that if I went to trade now, I would go to jail in a couple of hours.
