Alexander Belyaev - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
March 16, 1884 - January 6, 1942 - Soviet science fiction writer, one of the founders of Soviet science fiction literature. Among his most famous novels are: "The Head of Professor Dowell", "Amphibian Man", "Ariel", "The Star of the CEC" (CEC - the initials of Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky) and many others (more than 70 science fiction works in total, including 13 novels). Sometimes he is called the Russian "Jules Verne".
