Born on October 6, 1939 in the town of Osnova, Kharkiv region (now part of the city of Kharkiv) .
In 1963 she graduated from the acting department of VGIK (workshop of M.I. Romm)
In the same year she was admitted to the Maly Theater (Moscow), where she serves to this day. For six years, in parallel with her work at the Maly Theater, she played at the Sfera Theater .
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1977).
People's Artist of Russia.
