Born May 14, 1960 in Krivoy Rog (Ukraine).
Together with his brother Sergey Shefir, they have more than 15 years of authoring experience. They worked with such teams as "Kryvyi Rih Zaporozhye Transit", "95 Kvartal", "Team of the XX century", "Team of the XXI century". Were editors of the AMiK leagues. They released the program "Planet KVN".
