Graduated from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal-Cutting Machines and Tools. Member of STEM OPI (student theater of miniatures) 1978-1986. The theater had the title of People's STEM.
He worked as an engineer at the Special Design Bureau of Special Machine Tools (1983-1986).
In 1990 he graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Music and Cinematography Theater named after V.I. Cherkasov (workshop of I.P. Vladimirov).
While still at the institute, he became interested in KVN.
He starred in "Masks Show" and "Kalambura".
Member of the comic duet "Cologne" (comedy show).
