Alexander Stvolinsky was born on December 30, 1965 in the hero city of Leningrad. His father is a geologist by profession, but after the birth of his son, the second child (the family has an older sister Svetlana), he left geology and worked at the Goznak factory. Lev Alexandrovich sang wonderfully the songs of Vladimir Vysotsky, playing along with himself on the seven-string guitar (he died in 1991). Mother, Sofia Veniaminovna, worked at the Goznak factory as a physical education instructor, did a lot of trade union work, loved to sing, participated in amateur performances (she passed away in 2007). From the age of 3, Alexander took part in the amateur performances of the kindergarten of the Goznak factory, he was a soloist in the choir. From 1973 to 1982, he studied at secondary schools in Leningrad No. 390, No. 265, No. 347. At the age of 6, he began to master the piano with a teacher at home, tried to compose the first songs. From the age of 7 he studied in the boys' choir of 390 school. At the age of 9 he entered a music school in the piano class and additionally in the class of a young composer, but did not finish music school because he began to play sports: volleyball, skiing, boxing. In the 9th and 10th grade, he was a member of the VIA at the youth club of the Krasnoselsky district, played keyboard instruments and soloed as a vocalist. In 1983, after graduating from school, he entered the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute (LCI) at the evening faculty and began to work at the Goznak factory. In the spring of 1984 he was drafted into the army, served in the Trans-Baikal Military District as a signalman-telephone operator, participated in amateur performances in VIA as a vocalist. In 1986, after demobilization from the Armed Forces, he was reinstated in LKI at the full-time department of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics, which he graduated in 1991. During his studies, he took an active part in student amateur performances. After graduating from the institute and to this day he works in the field of economics and finance. In his free time, he plays music on the keys and the piano for himself and his family, composes poems and songs that, until recently, he did not dare to show to the general public. At the beginning of 2008 he decided to try himself in the professional music field as a songwriter in the "chanson" style. I didn't decide for myself, decided my friends, who insisted on recording the songs that Alexander sang for them in karaoke. A disc was recorded at the studio of Igor Latyshko "L - sound", which included well-known songs of many chansonniers. The disc was recorded for myself and friends. In June 2008, a neighbor at the dacha, a well-known producer and writer Anton Soya ("Screen tests", "Brigade Contract") introduces Alexander to his old friend Nikolai Orlovsky. Alexander Stvolinsky and Nikolai Orlovsky decide to work on the first album together. Since then, Nikolai has been a producer, director and administrator of Alexander Stvolinsky. In August 2008, the first songs sounded on the radio stations of St. Petersburg and Moscow. On March 20, 2009, Alexander Stvolinsky's first album "It's too early for us to stop ..." was released, which, among other things, included songs co-written with famous artists. Currently, work is underway on the next album. In the second album you will hear songs, music and lyrics to which Alexander himself wrote.
