Born on December 25, 1927 in Tartu, Estonia. In 1951 he graduated from the GITIS named after A.V. Lunacharsky. In 1951-1972 - actor of the V. Kingisepp Estonian Academic Drama Theater. People's Artist of the Estonian SSR (1982).
Passed away on May 16, 1990 in Tallinn, Estonia.
