People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR (1982) .
Before becoming an actor, he was going to devote himself to the exact sciences. Arriving in Baku from Salyan, in 1956 he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at the Azerbaijan State University. True, he studied there for only two years, and never became either a physicist or a mathematician.
Graduated from the Azerbaijan State Theater Institute named after A. M.A. Aliyev.
From 1962 to 1972 he served in the Azerbaijan Drama Theater, where he played many memorable roles.
