Born February 25, 1970, Alma-Ata, USSR (Kazakhstan) - Russian voice actor, dubbing director and announcer.

In childhood, he often parodied cartoon characters and domestic artists. Graduated from school with a gold medal.

At the age of 17 he moved to Moscow. He entered the Higher Theater School named after M. Shchepkin on the course of Yuri Solomin, graduated in 1991 with a degree in theater and film actor, and later taught acting skills there. He studied with actress Alla Kluka and future dubbing colleague Vasily Dakhnenko.

At the dawn of his career (in the early 90s) he worked at the Moscow Art Theater with Tatyana Doronina for two and a half years.

In 1995, together with Olga Solomina, he came to the Pythagoras dubbing studio, which at that time was functioning in the building of the Shchepkinsky School, to get the phonogram for the graduation performance. At that time, the studio was dubbing the Disney animated series "The Little Mermaid", directed by Marina Aleksandrova. Kuznetsov showed her his ability to parody.
