In 1961 he graduated from the acting department of the Belarusian Theater and Art Institute (course of the People's Artist of the BSSR D.A. Orlov) .
He worked at the Volgograd Drama Theater named after I. M.Gorky, Y. Kolas Belarusian Theater.
Since 1962 - in the Belarusian National Academic Theater named after Yanka Kupala.
He taught at the Belarusian Theater and Art Institute (1967-1987).
