Oleg Mokshantsev is an actor of Russian and Soviet cinema, was born on December 30, 1924 in Chisinau. He received his first education at the Vladimir Military Infantry School. And after the end of the war he went to study acting at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography. In the 50s he worked at the Theater-Studio of the Film Actor, as well as at the Theater of the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany.
