Born on December 2 (14), 1893 in Taganrog.
She began her stage career at the Odessa Theater of Miniatures (1910-1917). She worked in miniature theaters in Rostov-on-Don (Grotesque Theater, 1917-1922), Moscow (Crooked Jimmy Theater, 1922-1924).
In 1924-1959 she was an actress in the troupe of the Moscow Satire Theater. An actress of comedic talent, possessing a kind, gentle, life-affirming humor, Milyutina, at the same time, satirically sharply showed the spiritual squalor of the prosperous bourgeoisie. Filmed in films.
She died in Moscow in October 1977. The actress was buried at the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery.
