Valentina Alexandrovna Fedotova was born on July 29, 1947 in the village of Samychevo.
After graduating from secondary school, he enters the Slonov Theater School in Saratov, course of Lyadov. Having successfully graduated in 1972, Valentina Fedotova began performing on the stage of the Stavropol Drama Theater. Not having played a single memorable role there, the actress, a year later, moves to the Saratov Drama Theater.
