Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band that performs their songs in a post-grunge style.

In 1992, several young guys formed their own group called Groundswell. They recorded an album, but they could not be a team for a long time. The group broke up. However, 5 years later, vocalist Adam Gontier, bassist Brad Walst and drummer Neil Sanderson again got together to create music. The collective was named as Three Days Grace.

In 2003, the band's first self-titled album was released. The single "I Hate Everything About You" was at the top of the charts. At the same time, the performers are admitted to another guitarist in their ranks. It was Barry Stoke. And now, with a new line-up, they are touring the cities of Canada and America. As a result, the disc received platinum status, and very soon - double platinum.

Soon the band's vocalist becomes addicted to drugs, so he goes to rehab. Adam does not give up and continues to compose music, translating the group's repertoire into a more lyrical one. Despite the fact that the released album "One-X" is perceived ambiguously by both fans and critics, it still occupies a leading position in the charts and charts. In the wake of popularity, the group leaves to tour. Watching Three Days Grace concerts gathered crowds.

At this time, performers begin to release video clips. In 2008, the guys received an offer from the famous rock band Apocalyptica to record a joint project. It was a song and, accordingly, a video called "I Don't Care". We have also recorded songs by Three Days Grace with such popular artists as Breaking Benjamin, Skillet, Nickelback and others.

2009 saw the light of the album Life Starts Now, and three years later - Transit of Venus. In 2012, the group leader announces his retirement. But since the group was not going to break up, moreover, a tour was scheduled, it was decided to invite a new vocalist. It was a member of the My Darkest Days team and a great friend of the guys, Matt Walst. With him, in the next couple of years, Three Days Grace recorded songs. Adam Gontier, in turn, began a solo career.

The new 2015 Three Days Grace album "Human" promises to be exciting. Several singles have already been released.
