Born March 10, 1946 in Sverdlovsk.
In 1970 he graduated from the State Institute of Theater Arts named after V.I. A.V. Lunacharsky.
While serving in the SA, he worked at the Central Academic Theater of the Soviet Army.
Since 1982 he has been an actor of the Minsk Theater-Studio of Film Actor.
Member of the International Slavic Academy, Vice President of the International Film Forum "Golden Knight".
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1982). People's Artist of the Republic of Belarus (1996)
