Vladimir Kachan is a Soviet, and already a Russian actor, musician and writer, People's and Honored Artist of Russia, who was born on May 18, 1947 in Voroshilov, USSR (currently Ussuriysk, Russia).
Vladimir Andreevich studied in Riga in the same school with Mikhail Zadornov.
