Gennady Yalovich was born in November 1937 in Moscow. He graduated from the unique Moscow Art Theater School at the acting department in 1960. He studied at the famous course, where Georgy Epifantsev, Vladimir Vysotsky and Valentin Nikulin studied with him. After training, Gennady became a graduate student of the same department, and also began to teach. At the same time, he worked at the famous Sovremennik Theater.
