Soviet actor Viktor Shulgin is from Leningrad. As a child, Victor was fond of literature and, wishing to become an artist, attended the drama club classes. After graduating from school, Shulgin went to the capital and entered the Moscow State Technical University at the Theater of the Revolution.
Since 1944, when the actor received his college diploma, he began to conquer Moscow theaters. Victor loved the stage and played all roles with pleasure: both small and leading.
