Born October 19, 1978, Gagra, Abkhaz ASSR, USSR - Russian comedian, radio and TV presenter.
In 1999, at the suggestion of his brother Ashot Keshchyan, he began to participate in the KVN games. As part of the "Lumumba's Grandsons" team in the 2000-2001 season, he became the absolute champion of Sochi, winning the championship in Sochi and the Sochi Super Cup. In 2002, as part of Lumumba's Grandsons, he again won the championship in Sochi. As a member of the Big Sochi KVN national team, in 2001 he became the champion of the Start KVN League, in 2002 - a semifinalist of the KVN Northern League.
"Lumumba's grandchildren" were a team of the Sochi branch of RUDN University, and before the 2003 season, Ararat together with his brother Ashot were invited to Moscow, to the RUDN National Team. As part of it, he made his debut in the Major League of KVN in the first 1/8 finals of the 2003 season and immediately became one of the main actors of the team. In its debut season, RUDN National Team confidently won in the 1/8 and 1/4 finals, and then in a two-round confrontation made it to the final, where it took third place. At the music festival in Jurmala, Ararat, having performed the parody "Talking KiViN" on Gennady Khazanov's monologue "Parrot", won the award "Small KiViN in Gold" as part of his team.
In 2004, the RUDN University team again reached the season finals, where, losing only 0.6 points to the Pyatigorsk National Team, they became the second. At the 2004 Jurmala festival, Ararat performed a new parody of Khazan's monologue "Parrot", and his team won the "Big KiViN in the dark".
In 2005, the RUDN National Team did not participate in the games of the Higher League, and at the music festival in Jurmala again became the owner of the Small KiViN in Gold. Ararat showed the third version of "Talking KiViN", which had great success due to the fact that Khazanov himself sat on the jury, to whom the monologue was addressed.
In 2006, the RUDN National Team took part in the 2006 KVN Major League games and again reached the final. In a dramatic struggle, losing to the LUN team until the last competition, the Peoples' Friendship University team was able to snatch victory. 2006 was successful for the RUDN University team: the RUDN University team won the main award of the festival - Big KiViN in gold.
In 2007, Ararat won the KVN Summer Cup as part of the RUDN University team.
In 2005-2008 Ararat Keshchyan participates in games dedicated to the birthday of KVN.
In 2011, Ararat, as part of the RUDN National Team, won the Big Kiwin in Gold at the Voting KiViN festival.
