Hilary Shepard (born Hilary Shepard), nee Shapiro (English Shapiro; December 10, 1959, New York, New York, USA) is an American actress and singer.
Hilary Shepherd, nee Shapiro, was born on December 10, 1959 in New York (New York, USA). In the late 1980s, Shepard was the lead singer and drummer for the short-lived girl group American Girls.
When the group signed, they embarked on an acting career, appearing in numerous films and television series. Shepherd is best known for playing the evil pirate queen, Divatox, in Turbo: The Power Ranger Movie. In the first half of Power Rangers: Turbo, Shepherd was replaced by actress Carol Hoyt as Divatox as she was on maternity leave, but she later returned to the role in the second half of the series.
She also played two roles in the TV series Star Trek: Deep Space 9 - Warrant Officer Hoyu and Lauren, one of the genetically enhanced humans.
She played Xena in Scanner Cop.
Shepherd and actress Daryl Hannah have co-created two board games, Love It or Hate It and LIEbrary, the latter of which was announced by Hannah at The Ellen DeGeneres Show in December 2005.
In 2017 she starred in the short film The Order.
In 1997, Hilary married production designer Nick Turner, they had two daughters, Scarlett Rose and Cassidy Turner, but they later divorced.
