Viktor Kostetsky was born in April 1941 in the city of Zhmerynka, which is located in the Vinnitsa region. For a year and a half he studied at the Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Art Graphics. He graduated from the course of the founder Boris Zon at LGITMiK in 1965. Vladimir Vorobyov, who worked as a director at that time, along with his talented and unique team, helped him to make this kind of "revolution". How many years Viktor Kostetsky has been engaged in his integral contribution to creativity and has never regretted it. Continuing his creative career, after the death of the director Vorobyov, he agrees to the proposal of Igor Gorbachev and begins performing in the performances of the Alexandria Theater. As a reward for all his labors, Victor became an Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
From the mid-sixties to the very last years of his life, Victor also acted in films, voiced and dubbed various cartoons and films. Films with the participation of Viktor Kostetsky fully reveal his unique and inimitable talent.
