Born March 7, 1962 in Baldwin, Nassau, New York, USA.
She rose to prominence in the late 1980s and continued to flaunt at the top of the pop charts until the 1990s. The singer's first seven singles became hits of the top ten in the United States, so Taylor three times headed the American chat of hot dance club music. Overall, Dane has appeared in Billboard's Top Ten Charts 17 times, including # 1 on the dance chart with her song "Beautiful" in May 2008.
