Born on August 14, 1974 in a family of popular film actors - Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Olga Vladimirovna Volkova and People's Artist of the RSFSR Nikolai Nikolaevich Volkov.
He graduated from the eight classes of the boys' choir in Leningrad, then - the pop school, entered the RATI (GITIS)
Graduated from the acting department of GITIS (1997, course of A.V. Borodin) .
