Ben Stiller is a renowned comedian and director. The Hollywood actor was born on November 30, 1965 in New York, USA, to Jerry and Ann. Ben's parents are also actors, his mother starred in various television shows, and Jerry Stiller's father was a very successful comedian in America. This could not but affect the son of Ben and daughter Amy. The boy grew up very decisive, cheerful and talented. Already in 1975, he made his debut in the television series Kate McShane. The boy's first attempts at directing appeared as a teenager, when he received a video camera as a birthday present. It was then that Ben decided to link his future life with cinema and immediately after school he went to California to study as a director. But, not having been there for 9 months, the future Hollywood actor drops out and returns home to New York.
In 1985, Ben made a splash in the theater community, playing a brilliant role in the play "House of the Blue Leaves" by John Guare. A couple of years later, on NBC's hit TV show Saturday Evening, a playful short parody of The Color of Money by obscure director Ben Stiller appears. After that, Ben begins to be invited to participate in filming as a director, and, of course, as a comedian. The first Ben Stiller movie, Empire of the Sun, hit screens in 1987.
The actor instantly won everyone's sympathy. A few months later, actress Christine Taylor agrees to the marriage, with which they are happy together to this day. The family has two children - son Quinlin and daughter Ell.
