Born on August 23, 1970 in the city of Kiev.
In 1992 she graduated from the theater school named after B.V. Shchukin (workshop of Y. Avsharov). While still at school, she made her film debut, playing the main role in Valery Todorovsky's film Love (1991). The film has received numerous awards, including the Best Actress Award at the 1992 Montpellier Film Festival (France).
From 1992 to 1993 she worked at the Academic Monkey Theater. Since 1998, she has been playing at the Moscow Theater "Players" on the basis of the N.V. Gogol. In 1999 she was nominated for the Seagull award for her role in the play Behind the Closed Door by J.P. Sartrou.
In 1999 she graduated from the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors (workshop of Alexander Mitta - Higher Directing at the State Film Agency). She made her directorial debut in 2001 with the film "The Road", also acting as a screenwriter and performer of the main role.
