Attended Macintosh High School in Peachtree City, Georgia, and graduated in 2005. Braddy was also the captain of the dance team at her school. She was an active member of the Macintosh drama program directed by Stephen Buckner. Joanna currently lives in Los Angeles, California and works in the film industry with the hopes of expanding her career in the future.
Joanna performed her first role in the film "Retro Rock". She made her television debut in the pilot episode of Surface, but became famous for Avatar: The Legend of Aang, where she voiced Princess Yui. Braddy has also voiced various characters in the English versions of Catch the Wave! and "Ponyo Fish on the Cliff". Joanna has appeared in such films as "Excellent Easy Behavior", "Pain", "House of Giants", "Slut". She also starred in the horror films The Curse 3, The Collector 2, and The Paranormal Activity 3. In addition, Braddy has appeared in the famous TV series "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "Lie to Me", "Criminal Minds", "Detective Rush" and many others. In 2015, she got roles in the main cast of the TV series "Unreal" and "Quantico".
