Ana O'Reilly was born on February 17, 1985. Ana graduated from Menlo School in 2003 and then attended the University of Southern California for a year before dropping out.

Ana made her film debut in 2003, playing the role of an actress in Trainee Bill. In total, O'Reilly has played in more than 35 films and television series. She is also known for her roles in such films and television series as: "In Flight" (the role of Leslie, 2008), "The Vampire Diaries" (the role of Jessica Cohen, 2011), "The Servant" (the role of Elizabeth Leefolt, 2011), "Fruitvale Station “” (As Katy, 2013) and “Jobs: Empire of Seduction” (as Chris-Anne Brennan, 2013).
