Michael Constantine (born Constantine Ioannides; born May 22, 1927, Reading, Pennsylvania) is an American actor best known for his role as Costas "Gus" Portocalos, father of Tula Portocalos, in the romantic comedy "My Big Greek Wedding" (2002). In America, he is known for his work on television, in particular, Seymour Kaufman in the TV series Room 222, receiving an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 1970 and a Golden Globe nomination, as well as Judge Matthew J. Orphans in the sitcom Orphans' Court (nominated for a Golden Globe).
