Sara Living was born in Canton, Illinois, USA. The father was an Air Force officer and and later director of YMCAs and her mother Carol is a retired music teacher.
Graduated from Sarasota High School in Sarasota, Florida in 1997 and the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio / Television.
Experienced as a lifeguard and TV prompter.
Sarah Living began her acting career with a supporting role in the film Shores (2002).
2005 proved to be a busy year for the lovely brunette as she starred in the video adaptation of The War of the Worlds (2005).
Since then, she has starred primarily in fantasy and science fiction-based films including Frankenstein Reborn (2005), The Beast (2005), and Titans of the Lost World (2005) all in the same year.
Other roles followed in 2006, with various themes of horror, supernatural and thrilling dramas starting with Dracula: The Conspiracy of the Vampires (2006).

In 2008 she appeared in the high-profile movie Welcome to Lakeview! (2008) starring Samuel L. Jackson.
