Ella Joyce is an American actress. She is best known for starring opposite Charles S. Dutton on the Fox sitcom Rock (1991–1994).
Joyce was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. After the closure of The Rock, she landed a regular role on the NBC sitcom News Radio, but was replaced by Handi Alexander after the pilot episode. Since then, Joyce has guest roles in Seinfeld, The Jamie Fox Show, Eve, Being Mary Jane, and also had a minor role in My Wife and Children. In 2013, she co-starred with Keith David on the short-lived sitcom TV One Belle's.
Outside of television, Joyce has had supporting roles in Stop! Or my mom will shoot ”(1992),“ Challenge ”(1996),“ Babba Ho-Tep ”(2002),“ Lost Connection ”(2006),“ Family Wedding ”(2010),“ Family Consultant ”(2013) and Nina (2016).
